Website terms
These terms govern use of the public BIOMUNE website. Production service use is governed by a separate written customer agreement.
Informational use
The public website describes BIOMUNE’s current product direction and supported capabilities. It is not a promise that every feature, connector, deployment model, or availability level will suit every environment.
No unauthorized access
You may not probe, disrupt, bypass, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to BIOMUNE, its consoles, customer environments, evidence, credentials, or provider connections.
Accounts and authority
Authorized users are responsible for protecting their identity-provider accounts and for ensuring that requested actions fall within their organization’s policies. BIOMUNE does not create business authority; it enforces authority that has been explicitly configured.
Security claims
BIOMUNE reduces standing privilege, constrains execution, observes outcomes, and records evidence. It does not guarantee that AI systems cannot make mistakes, that attacks cannot occur, or that every incident will be prevented.
Intellectual property
The BIOMUNE name, software, documentation, visual identity, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use this site as intended.
Changes and contact
These website terms may change as the service develops. Material production obligations will be governed by the applicable customer agreement. Questions may be sent to BIOMUNE support.
